Recognition and Achievement

Requirements for students to earn Amphora Awards starting with the 2024-25 School Year:

  • Cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher through 1st semester of the current school year.* &
  • Attendance 90% or higher through the 1st semester of the current school year.^ &
  • One or fewer Office Referrals in Infinite Campus that resulted in ISS or OSS through 1st semester of the current year, and they restart each year.

*For current 8th Grade Students, your grade point average (GPA) will be calculated as a Cumulative for 5 total semesters:  1st & 2nd semesters of 6th grade, 1st and 2nd semesters of 7th grade, and 1st semester of 8th grade.  For current 7th Grade Students, your grade point average(GPA) will be calculated as a Cumulative for 3 total semesters:  1st & 2nd semesters of 6th grade and 1st semester of 7th grade.

The state of Missouri expects all students to attend school at least 90% of the time.  The percentage of students meeting this expectation is reported to the state each year and is included in our school’s ratings.

In addition to the Amphora Awards, students are recognized monthly as Leaders in the classroom and our community.
